The visit-centre of Oglakhty Site

Oglakhty site is situated in a picturesque place on a cost of the river Enisey. This site includes a unique collection of cultural-historical heritage of the Republic of Khakassia (Russia). Here you can find a great amount of petroglyphs concentration, burial mounds of almost all ancient cultures having lived in Minusinskaya Depression and also here the tourists can face the longest stone wall of a fortress of the Medieval Ages. This is the longest stone wall of the fortress of that period located in Siberia.

The visit-centre of Lake Itkul Site

Oglakhty Site – petroglyphs concentration

While travelling around the Republic of Khakassia you should definitely visit one of the unique places of remote ages – Oglakhty Site. This site is among the most beautiful places of Khakassia. It is an area with rich history having contained traces of ancient civilizations. Oglakhty Site is a part of State Natural Reserve “Khakassky”. The Site is located in the Bograd District, south of the village Soviet Khakassia and on the left shore of the Yenisei River.
